I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Keller Williams (Portland, OR) in Mar 2018
Interview
Applied online, 1 hour phone interview, 1 hour online personality testing, 3 hour in person interview, another 2 hour in person interview, didn't get call back for 3rd group interview. Timeline was 3-4 weeks.
Typical large company interview that followed their nation-wide hiring process. Except for the fact that the Principal Broker asked how old I was and the Group Admin called me a bit mature. Yes, seriously.
Had a third interview and offer been presented I would have turned it down.
They asked if I wanted to instead become a Broker on their team, I declined.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 9 months. I interviewed at Keller Williams (New York, NY)
Interview
I met the team leader and had a great conversation about my business. I also had to take a personality test, which was so accurate. I didn't accept right away, because I needed to think about moving firms. They were very patient.
I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Keller Williams (Lansing, MI) in Feb 2014
Interview
Usually it's quick to get into the interview room but takes a while to get a call back confirmation. So, don't worry if it's been a couple of weeks. They may still call. What they want to know is hard to "fake". KW gives all employees a personality test (called DISC) with maybe ~50 multiple choice questions. You'll have privacy while you fill it out. The test tells them if you one of four personality types. I can't remember the exact titles but it's something like: analytical, social, outgoing, etc. So, just be yourself!! I didn't get the job I applied for first because the DISC test showed my personality didn't fit the analytical role. But, they called me again about 2 weeks later to offer me a position that *did* fit my social personality. (p.s. no drug test)
