Keller Williams interview questions

Whoever was in charge of scheduling my interview was absolutely unprofessional. Basically a client needed to reschedule and so my interview was to be pushed forward HOWEVER I received an email about this 15 MINUTES prior to my scheduled time in which I was already almost there. I understand that sometimes things need to be rescheduled, what I don't understand is that the office is open from 9am, and my interview was at 10am. So why didn't I received an email at 9am and instead at 9:45am in which I had already taken the time to get there (which takes me about 40 minutes to get to). Then they ask to reschedule at 12:30pm, and I was not going to wait 2 and 1/2 hours for an interview for a position I may or may not get. And if it's already this dysfunctional before getting the position I don't see it getting any better.

The interview was good, asked me questions about my sales experience, background, where I come from and what I want to achieve in the. business. Explained all fees and teaching process.
