Interview
The interview process is very long and in depth. The process works, they want to put time into finding the right employee for the position. They spend several days and hours with you going over your life history, work history, etc. They get to know you during the process.

Interview
They will head hunt themselves, or they will accept your inquiry when submitted. They will negotiate terms with you in order to transfer if that is your plan, so don't be afraid to ask. They are looking for those that can manage their time well while not under any supervision. Self-starters and goal setters will do best in this profession.

Interview
Very informative, with detailed training processes and great team building exercises. Seems like a great place to work that encourages team work and spirit. The commission split is a little more complicated that other brokers, but the training seems more structured that some other brokers.
