no interview, you are interviewing them because they need and want agents, more agents = more business for them, no reason to be worried, just ask them enough questions and know your entitlements

I was interviewing for a position to support a team of five realtors. The primary position included cold calling - prospecting new business. I was also in charge of maintaining the CRM and scheduling and meeting with inspectors.

Interview
First meeting was at Starbucks with team leader as I was recruited by a friend from church. She mentioned that their team was looking for someone new that does allow for growth. Primary duties starting out were showing property to buyers and open houses.
