Keller Williams interview questions

Long interview process. I think it's changed recently but I went through 5 interviews, 2 personality tests and had to provide 15 references. Started with a phone interview. Then came in for in person interview. Then took DISC test. Afterwards, had to take another personality test where I had to write an essay. In person had to go through timeline of my life. Then group interview. Then one final interview to discuss the job, pay and benefits.

Very smooth with a lot of information. I was asked how I was in my gold set. How willing I was to profit from the business. Was I willing to put in the time and effort to be successful.
