Understand the role and how it relates to your experience
Think about how you add value at your current company and how you could add value to this team.
When answering the questions, make sure you relate to specific examples from your career wherever possible. A good way to structure your answers is by using the acronym STARR: Situation (what the problem was), task (what needed to be done), action (how you did it), result (what happened, were you successful or unsuccessful), reflection (what did you learn? What would you do now if faced with that situation?).
Prepare Questions – Remember that this interview is two sided. It is a great idea to prepare questions, in advance about the firm about the role, or about the team
