Sehr angenehmes und natürliches Gespräch. Es gab ein paar Fragen zum Lebenslauf, zum aktuellen bzw. letzten Job, zur Arbeitsweise. Gut fand ich die Fallbeispiele aus dem Projektalltag, man hat dadurch einen kleinen Einblick bekommen, wie der Arbeitsalltag aussehen würde.

The usual: strength and weakness, examples of past work challenges and achievements
good and smooth interview process probably because it is during the pandemic. Not that much of a hassle. interviewers are welcoming as well. The interview is fast and result can be shared in less than a month or two
There are two tasks that the participants are asked to do - prioritization and detail orientation. The interviews are mostly done online and the candidates have about a day to complete the task
