Kantar Business Analyst interview questions

The whole interview process takes 3 steps. Starting from OT , technical discussion and HR. In technical discussion, we might be asked some basic case study, puzzles or guesstimate . along with your technical domain.

I was contacted by HR. At first I had a brief telephonic interview followed by 3 other rounds. HR scheduled all these 3 interviews at different working days, so I had to take 3 half day leaves for this interview process. At the end, the last round was with a Director based in London. I have been told London folks of Kantar are very moody and they very often reject candidates. I heard from many other candidates who went till last round for different posiitons & then one of the UK based "Senior" person rejected them. I remember when I was leaving after the last round, the hiring manager (Indian) told me that he liked me & that he is just waiting for a formal approval from UK folks to release offer letter. After that I never heard back from them.
