The recruitment is a four-stage process comprising two aptitude tests, managers' interview, and finally the partners' interview. The Managers' interview is quite robust and relatively more challenging than the partners' interview. Consequently, many people make the mistake of taking the partners' interview for granted which is the worst mistake to commit.

During the partner interview, there will be more in-depth questions from the director/partner, and it may also include some 'irrelevant' questions when the interviewer is interested in different aspects of you (hobbies...)
