Through a recruiter.
First Phone interview with Manager and another senior employee.
Second On site with HR and Group interview with Manager, Director and Business partners.
Nothing too technical. Mostly based on Resume.
Knowing German is an advantage.
The interview was conducted by the human resource manager. The questions asked are not that challenging and more towards personal strength and experience. Very few question about the company products or technical knowledge. It took about one hour.

What is the obstacle that hard to challenge during the pass experience?
Interview starts with phone interview. the there is a Face-to-face interview. In between there is a long silence without any reason. Once offer comes, there is a thorough background check. Interview sessions have technical and non-technical part.
