Interview
3 stages of the process- phone screen, 3-4 hour interview with 1st panel, 4 hour final interview with management. The phone screen was easy, just answering basic questions regarding personality tendencies and how they relate to the job you're applying for. The 1st in person interview lasts about 3-4 hours where you meet with HR and management directly related to your job. If you pass this interview you move on to meeting with the individuals you met with the first time around, as well as managers from other departments.

Interview
Had a phone interview, pretty standard questions. Was asked about my experience in accounting, what I did on previous jobs, what softwares I worked with, my challenges and accomplishments, weaknesses and strengths, etc. Knew more about the company, their team, plans for future, who they are looking for. The recruter told a lot about their plans.
