Applied online, received an e-mail from an HR representative to schedule a phone interview. I agreed, and a couple days later had a 9 minute phone interview with the representative. Phone interview was basic screening questions, going through my resume, and experiences. After interview, the HR rep stated she'd get back to me by that Friday with proceeding to the next step (which was a face to face interview). She never got back to me. I sent her an e-mail following up, she never answered my e-mail. I called her the following Tuesday....she told me that there was one more candidate that needed a phone interview before a decision could be made. She told me that she would get back to me by that Friday....Well that Friday came and went, and I never heard back from her. The lack of professionalism and common courtesy soured me on the company in general. If they weren't interested in me from the get go, why didn't they just tell me?
