Interview
Initial phone screen followed by video interview (1 hour) with supervisor and region manager. Basic interview questions plus some situational questions. Overall fairly standard, all questions related directly to the role.

Question 1
You set up a video capture device which needs to be on the correct tab in order for any pictures/videos to save. You select that tab and set everything up properly and move on. After that case a surgeon asks you why the pictures they took during a case did not save. How do you respond and how can you avoid this happening in the future?
