Call from HR discussing about the opportunity, eligibility and willingness to join
Online technical test of 80 questions to be completed in 45 mins was scheduled on which i had to score above 60% to pass.. which i did,
Then face to face interview was scheduled next week.

Causal, constructive, and technical Interactive session is in a relax manner, and question asked are more technical, customer management, and problem-solving. Best is to have the ability to think. and resolve problems.

Scenario question: What is the challenge you face when customers' system breakdown and has no standby available. How would you deal with unreasonable customers?
