Johnson Controls Project Manager interview questions

3 rounds of interviews take place. The first round was hr . Then senior product managers and then director PM. The second round is where they ask specific to your role and explain what they expect of you . They may ask some technical questions. The third round the questions came from all the angels like what do you want to do first when you get selected. How will you take up the role and what book you are reading at present

It was all asked about project management and steps involved during projects, behavior with team. Interviewer also asked if I can work for 16 hours without any rewards. He told he will select me if he won't find anyone who don't agree to work for 16 hours a day.
