I got the interview through I friend who worked there. There was no on campus interview or phone call, they just had me send in my resume and then they emailed me saying I had an interview. I was then interviewed by a few managers who I would be working directly with. It was very informal and light hearted.
There were two interviews; one was at a campus recruiting event, and the other was at headquarters located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The employees were very pleasant, and everyone I met seemed happy to work there. The interview at Milwaukee was split up into 3 face to face interviews with different people in the company.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Johnson Controls (Winston-Salem, NC) in Feb 2009
Interview
Interview is easy, it's just the area manager and a person that works in the area that you're interviewing for. Doesn't take long, about 10 minutes or so at the most, and there were no really "hard" questions, just general info mainly. It seems that unless something goes terribly wrong, if you get an interview you're basically hired.

Question 1
There really weren't any out of the ordinary questions.
