Online Application: The process started with submitting my resume through their careers page. I received an email within a week confirming that I had been shortlisted for the next round.
2. Technical Screening (Telephonic or Virtual): This was a 30–45 minute call with a technical panel. They asked core instrumentation questions—covering sensors, transmitters, PLC basics, PID control, HART protocol, calibration procedures, and troubleshooting techniques. They also touched on my academic projects and internships.
3. Technical + Managerial Interview (In-person/Video): This round was more detailed. It included:
Scenario-based questions (e.g., “If a level transmitter fails in a live plant, what will you do?”)
A few basic questions on DCS/SCADA systems and safety practices in hazardous areas.
The manager also asked about teamwork, communication skills, and handling tight deadlines on-site.
There was also Hr round after this but I was not selected.
