John Lewis & Partners interview questions

The application system requests candidates to do online assessment (work ethics/attitude). The questions are unrelated to the role or skill sets. And based on the test result, it automatically rejected me. I found it unprofessional and a waste of my time. This online assessment does not reflect the true potential of an applicant. Remove it

Applied online and filled out online personality test. Was invited to a group interview which was a bit strange for a Xmas temp role and was asked to complete group tasks and fill out a written questionnaire. No 1-1 interview.
