John Lewis & Partners interview questions

I applied for this job from indeed and I did an online test for about 40mins, and a few days later, I got an interview, it takes me at least one hour.

First stage was a 30 mins remote screener. The second stage was a 90 mins meeting including a 15 mins presentation, which I prepared over PowerPoint. This was followed by 20 minutes of questions about my presentation. Finally I was grilled for 30 minutes which JL called Partnership Capability questions. The whole process took 2 months, from the initial application to offer.
