Efficiently run process and assessment. They gave us various tasks and judgement tests regarding our role and what we would have to do. It was very very very very very very very very helpful.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at John Lewis & Partners (Londres, Inglaterra) in Aug 2022
Interview
First stage was a 30 mins remote screener. The second stage was a 90 mins meeting including a 15 mins presentation, which I prepared over PowerPoint. This was followed by 20 minutes of questions about my presentation. Finally I was grilled for 30 minutes which JL called Partnership Capability questions. The whole process took 2 months, from the initial application to offer.
