John Lewis & Partners interview questions

I applied online. I uploaded my CV and completed the scenarios, was not too difficult. I was invited to a group interview, just had to pick the day/time that suited me. A group interview with five other people. We had a couple of different scenarios in which we had to discuss and then decide on appropriate actions for, as a group. We then had to answer some written questions describing why we wanted to work for John Lewis and a couple of other scenarios. Everyone was very friendly and the process was smooth.
