John Lewis & Partners interview questions

First stage it was a one-to-one interview ( questions topics listed below). Second part of interview it was written task and topic was not related to visual merchandising. There were around 10 other people in the room and they collected not signed work.

In group interviews, provided a lego set with instructions, then removed instructions and asked for the group to build the item. They were looking for leaders in group that took control of the situation.
