they sat 10+ people at a table and gave us discussion points of situations that could happen in the store at any given time and we had to share how one could approach the situation, there was also a written quiz

Had to pass online interview assessment and then was chosen to call in for group assessment with some people out of which had one to one interview mostly ask about availability
hard as we had to give an in person interview and then they asked us lots of questions and then they made us do a practical assesment and then they made us come into the store.
