John Lewis & Partners interview questions

The interview was conducted in four groups, with each table containing four people. We discussed three questions given by partners and shared our opinions on them. It was a different approach compared to any other interview done before I believe that the interview was charming, since the candidates are more likely to be confident in discussing their idea within themselves, than be nervous, to the person conucting the interview.

Group interview followed by a 1-1 interview. In the group one, we were given scenarios relevant to the role and had to discuss in a group what we would do. An assessor was watching and asked us each a question after our discussion. Then had to wait for my 1-1, they asked two questions then talked me through a form. Found out the next morning I didn't get the job (not surprised the 1-1 interview was mega awkward).
