John Lewis & Partners interview questions

Entirely group based, no one to one contact. Somewhat impersonal. Essentially an extension of the online assessment, it can feel a little informal in the moment, so the onus is on the participant to stand out with their answers in a room of 11 people. The questions published online were unhelpful.
