I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at John Lewis & Partners (Londres, Inglaterra) in May 2016
Interview
Interview consisted of 10 people, we were split into two groups and asked to describe ourselves and if we were a brand, what brand would we be. We then were given a "customer" and some background information on that customer. We had 6 items to pick to sell to them as a group. After this we then had a 1-1 interview. I was comfortable in the interview, however was convinced that I hadn't gotten the job as I was in a group with 3 people who had already worked for the store before so they were very confident in the questions, and were very loud and argumentative when selling the item to the customer, whereas I had a lot of input but was fairly quiet in comparison. I was offered the job 2 days later.
