John Lewis & Partners interview questions

First I had to complete an online application, then I had to attend a group interview, there were about 20 people there, but we were split into smaller groups of about 6-8 people.

After completing an online application and situational judgement test, I received a text to let me know that I had an interview and that I had to book a group interview slot online. In the interview we were given many different scenarios and as a group had to prioritise them. The individual task was a written task where you had to explain what you'd do in three scenarios that they had listed. The staff were very welcoming and friendly which put us all at ease.
