I applied online. I interviewed at John Lewis & Partners (High Wycombe, England) in Oct 2017
Interview
After answering online questionnaires I attended a group assessment in High Wycombe. There were around 35 people there, half for the same role as me and half for the role of Sales Assistant. We were in tables of 5 and each table had allocated to it a current partner at the store. The hour was split in two, first we had to read through a scenario and discuss it aloud with our table as to how we would tackle a list of jobs given to us by a manager. Second we had 20 minutes to individually write out answers to three scenarios. There was no 1 on 1 interview.
Still waiting to find out outcome of interview, so do not know if I have an offer yet, but made to put whether I had, so it's no for now!

I applied online. I interviewed at John Lewis & Partners (Aberdeen, Escocia) in Oct 2017
Interview
Very simple, group interview of around 30 people. We were told to sit in groups of 5 and given a task where we had to prioritise different situations and explain why. Afterwards, we had an individual writing task where we had to explain what we would do in 3 different scenarios. Look up their partnership values and basic selling techniques.
