Interview
I thought the assesment was fun however sending my application and waiting to get an interview was long. After waiting for months to get an interview, as suspected I didn't get the job. There was an internal candidate on my group assesment who already works for the company which I believe that person got the job. Honestly, I don't understand why they've mixed him with externals? (+ it just put more pressure with the external applicants). The recruiter could've interviewed him seperate also if JL are planning a restructuring and axes people then why bother recruiting? I applied months ago and meant to go for an assesment and the day before the interview they had to widraw my application . I just think they really need to work on their company before advertising they want to take more people! Overall disappointed.

Question 1
Give me a time where you handle a difficult situation? Competitors?

Interview
Applied online, had to complete a lot of online tests before the application was complete. Received an email to select an interview date online. Group assessment - I was one of 11. Started off with an ice breaker in smaller teams, followed by a group task that was marked by assessors, then a 1-1 interview. Really positive experience, the briefs given were incredibly vague, so try to be as individual and artistic as possible to stand out!

Interview
Group interview, with individual and group tasks. Ask you a series of questions some you have to give a written answer, about how to handle different situations (such as a lost child). The more group based tasks involve sequencing in order of importance different tasks- to see how well you work in a team and can prioritise certain tasks.
