John Lewis & Partners interview questions

Online interview through google meets. The first bit of the interview was an introduction about yourself. Then the rest of the interview was typical scenario type questions that you would face regularly. This lasted 30mins

The interview process was very formal, unfriendly and overly technical. I had to chase them for feedback. Overall, the experience was not pleasant. I was so excited at the thought of working for such a reputable company but was let down by the standoffish attitude of the hiring manager.
