Online interview through google meets. The first bit of the interview was an introduction about yourself. Then the rest of the interview was typical scenario type questions that you would face regularly. This lasted 30mins

It was a group interview for a temporary role over the busy winter period. We were put in groups of about 7 and did marketing and customer service activities. We were asked to come up with a marketing strategy for a winter product in our groups and present it to everyone. Next, they had people come around to our tables and discuss what customer service meant for us.
