Interview
Long-winded application with archaic questions not relevant to the role. 3 weeks after CV submitted I received a request for interview by which time I had already interviewed at other companies and accepted an offer. Interview would have been 2 hours of a behavioural presentation, which you will be given to prepare on the day, an interview based on leadership behaviours, and some questions to assess your role-specific technical capabilities and knowledge. Interview format seems unlikely to attract top technical candiates.

Interview
Swift, professional and welcoming process. All the staff were kind and guided us candidates through the group assessment with clear instructions and tasks. Very well planned considering COVID restricting numbers and space, they made do with the facilities they had and it was a pleasant assessment experience.
