      Customer Service Agent Interview

      May 8, 2015
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      New Orleans, LA
      Declined offer
      Neutral experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at JetBlue (New Orleans, LA)

      Interview

Jet Blue does Group Interviews. They divide everyone up into 2-3 groups and interview them. We were all asked the same questions and had a turn to answer. Those who held the interview were the HR/Recruiter, The Manager & a Supervisor. I wanted to be in the manager's group because I thought she would ultimately make the decision. I may have been right, because I was chosen for the next round. The downside to these interviews & the whole process is that they drug test everyone, and have lots of people come for the fingerprinting so you have no idea where you stand until they let you know. If they are only hiring at small airports for 1 person this can be a waste of your time.

      Customer Service Agent Interview

      Jun 22, 2016
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      New York, NY
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at JetBlue (New York, NY) in Jan 2015

      Interview

Lots of qualitative behavioral questions. The other candidates were there at the same time. There was a math exam. The interview questions were mainly storytelling and contingent on your past experiences. Elaborating on any life experiences as long as it demonstrated your main points were more than acceptable.
