JetBlue Customer Service Agent interview questions

Lots of qualitative behavioral questions. The other candidates were there at the same time. There was a math exam. The interview questions were mainly storytelling and contingent on your past experiences. Elaborating on any life experiences as long as it demonstrated your main points were more than acceptable.

Applied online, got a phone interview shortly after and then a interview onsite. The interview onsite included a typing test. Really simple process. The phone interview was not live, just answering automated questions. I really enjoyed the ladies I interviewed with as they were super friendly.
