Interview
I applied for the In Flight Crew Member position on December 1st, 2018. Received the Questionnaire on December 20th, the VI received on the 26th, I submitted it by January 1st (since I was practicing for the VI). They give you, at least, 7 days to submit your VI. You got to make an Introduction Video that can be recorded multiple times, and had 6 questions in total. For those, you only have one chance to do it. I had 4 questions, and the last 2 were so easy, that it confused me a bit. It has been 3 weeks now since then and I haven’t received A YES or A NO as an answer yet. Which is kind of unfair... But, I’ll keep waiting. Crossing hands for my F2F.

Interview
I was thrilled to wait the five months to go down and interview face to face with JetBlue. I paid for my own plane ticket and hotel expenses hoping to win this companies approval. I did not progress any further. I took time away from work and worked two jobs almost 7 days a week to make sure I was present for this opportunity. That is what you you call loyalty. However , I was disappointed that I didn’t get any feed back on things I could improve from since I received the email saying , “thank you but no thank you”. It would have been nice to know were I could improve and be better prepared. I was loyal and looked forward to that special day which unfortunately didn’t happen. But for future candidates it would be nice if they could at least let there candidates they invited face to face let let them know were they could improve for success. I put a lot of time and energy into this and I look at it like this , your loss my gain in confidence to except that their will be a company that appreciates my time and dedication for future endeavors.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at JetBlue (New York, NY) in Aug 2018
Interview
First step was applying online. Second step came shortly after and was a personality test online (agree with/disagree with).
It took about a month to get to step 3, an online interview where they give questions and you have 3 minutes to record your answer on camera. Now awaiting step 4, Blue Review in person interview day. It took 2.5 months to get invited and book a date for this one.
