I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at JetBlue (New York, NY) in Oct 2014
Interview
The interview Process is more about a personality assessment than anything. Be well composed at all times is the best advice I can give since you will have to do the same while you are working. Its hard to monitor all 1,000 flights jetBlue operates in one day so they really want someone they can trust to handle their biggest concern, passengers and customer service.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at JetBlue
Interview
I applied for the position 4/1/17
A few days later, I received the email for the questionnaire.
I would like to say a week or so later I was invited to participate in the video interview. I looked up questions that may possibly come up. From what I gathered on glassdoor and youtube and even some flight attendant ig pages (from youtube) I compiled a list of questions to have overall idea of how I would answer or at least what I could expect. If you look throughout this site alone you will have a good idea how to prepare for the video interview. Take a few moments to gather yourself before beginning if needed as once you hit start, there are no retries and you have a very short time to read & comprehend the question before the recording starts. Each time you finish the question you're given time between to recompose. Tips I'd suggest : look into the lens not at yourself on the screen (It will seem strange but it looks better) have good posture, try to breathe and speak slow. I read/saw that it is best to dress in a jacket or blazer in a plain room alone but I did not have one on hand so I wore a nice simple shirt with a cardigan (navy) and did it in a study room at my public library.
It was in May I received a reminder email to pick a location for the F2F (I had not received the initial email somehow). Luckily there was one date left and I have my date for June in NY. Good Luck to anyone applying or attending! I put no offer as I have not yet attended the Blue Review.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at JetBlue (New York, NY) in May 2017
Interview
I applied April 1st online and received the questionnaire 10 days after. After completing the questionnaire, I received the video interview 7 days days after that, and the invite to blue review another 7 days after the video interview. The process was quick overall. I think the hardest part was the video interview because it goes by SUPER fast.
Blue Review was a BLAST!! Crew Members and the HR team were super excited to be there and meet everyone. They loved answering questions so make sure you ask plenty. There were around 50 of us, and it lasted from 8:00am to around 2:30/3:00pm. Be prepared to stand. LEAVE YOUR NERVES AT THE DOOR! Go in cheery, social, and confident! Know the STAR method!! Make sure you research the company and culture first.
