Jet interview questions

These guys seem clueless. I received a response about 6 months after I applied. Went through 8 rounds of technical interviews with their key guys over 3 weeks. Ended up with the CTO, which you'd think after they wasted that much of their own time would be a good indicator of getting an offer. Conversation with CTO went well, although he seemed a bit clueless talking incessantly as if nervous. Next day, they said they decided to pass. Interview here only if you want to waste your time. They're clearly not serious. (As an aside, I'm reminded of WebVan during the dot-com boom period - clearly over-funded and a nebulous future trying to compete with Amazon.)

There were two interviews. On the first day I spoke with HR and a floor manager and on the second day I spoke with The Senior Manager and Director. The fluidity of the interview was like I was having a normal conversation with a longtime co-worker. It didn't feel like I was in an interview at all. You could already feel that there was something different based off the atmosphere and words that the Interviewers had shared and those feelings haven't changed from working here for several months.
