I applied online. I interviewed at Jet (New York, NY) in Oct 2015
Interview
Several rounds including phone screening, video interview, retail test, 4-5 in person interviews over one day. It was a difficult process but very fair and did a good job gauging whether I was a good fit for not only the position but the company itself.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Jet (Draper, UT) in Sep 2016
Interview
I was asked by some former coworkers to apply online for a position. I applied online and was asked by their recruiting team to come in for an interview. I came in and it was amazing. The interview went great. We set up a following interview for the following Monday. With the manager of the department who promptly declined to interview me based on where I am currently working. I don't think these were but it was very similar to "I think we have enough people in our IT department from (Company name edited out) and we don't need anymore". I was dumbfounded by this. I couldn't believe a company would refuse to interview a potential candidate based on the fact that I was from X company.

Question 1
Mostly they were questions about my resume and personality questions.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Jet (Hoboken, NJ) in Jun 2016
Interview
2 rounds of phone screening. they seemed to have hard time to get the 'phone booth' in their office,so it started delayed all time so be patient. Then on-site interview, their office seems nice but so crowded (I think they were in the process of expanding to one more floor in Hoboken office building) The dress code was so casual, fyi.
