It was well organized. Started with a phone interview, with HR, then another with the hiring manager, and then progressed to 2 more rounds of interviews onsite. About 3 months lag between the phone interview and scheduling the onsite. First round went great. Interviewed with 3 people (1 in person and 2 other via zoom) and enjoyed the conversations. Next round was with 2 others (a peer interview and then the hiring manager interview). The first one went really well, it was an enjoyable conversation with lot of good insights on the company. The last one was where it slid down hill real fast. The last interviewer (hiring manager) didn't like to listen, told me that the work I'm doing is useless (he used an expletive word here that I can’t repeat), and told me that I didn't know what I was doing in my current job. He actually used profanity during my interview and was very unprofessional. He asked about my yearly rating and belittled my efforts. He asked me about my GPA even though I had graduated 17 years ago so is not relevant. And he asked me who I knew knew at Walmart HQ so he can check if i was lying. He also didn't like the fact that I was turning his questions on him. The worst interview experience I ever had. It was so bad I withdrew my application.
