I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Jet (Hoboken, NJ) in Jul 2018
Interview
The final round interview consisted of three 30-minute interviews. The first was behavioral.
The second was an analysis of the presentation of batteries on Walmart's e-commerce website and the third interview discussed a hypothetical pricing scenario in competition with Amazon. Apparently they do this same series for everyone so it is important to look at Walmart's e-commerce site in advance and consider pricing strategy.
I applied online. I interviewed at Jet in Aug 2018
Interview
There was an educational requirement I did not meet so the interview lasted a few minutes. I had been in contact for a while so it was upsetting that I found this information out after waiting several weeks. I wish that information would have been more upfront.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Jet in Jun 2018
Interview
Overall a VERY frustrating and unorganized process. I was flown out to the headquarters within a few weeks of applying and met with five individuals. Everyone was very nice and responsive pre-interview and during the interview. I walked away thinking that the interview process went very well, as there were no difficult questions and it was mostly conversational. I waited a week and emailed the recruiter to check in on a timeline. She didn't respond, so I sent her two more emails over the next few weeks...no answer. I reached back out to one of the individuals who interviewed me (almost a month later) and she said I was still being considered for the role. She scheduled a call with me and told me they were making a decision the following week. I waited until the following week and heard nothing. Followed up with her twice and she hasn't replied. This seems to be a trend based on other interview posts, which is unfortunate for Jet that they are letting qualified people fall through the cracks. Makes me curious about their future if they can't respond to emails.....would not recommend applying.
