I applied online. I interviewed at Jet (Hoboken, NJ) in Jun 2017
Interview
The process was very fast. I had 3 rounds of phone interview and 1 on-site all in one month. The HR was also very helpful and responsive. After the first phone screening I was invited to a game-based assessment , which made me more interested in this company.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Jet (Hoboken, NJ)
Interview
HR Phone interview followed by two interviews at the Hoboken office. Each in-person interview was with three people either on the Supply Chain team or closely related to the Supply Chain team. The interview process itself was great and went smoothly. However, the background check that occurred afterwards took about a month because of some mix-ups.

Question 1
If you were given a product category, how would you go about managing it?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Jet in Apr 2016
Interview
First Round was a general HR round with basic background questions. Once cleared, Second round was an online math test with 30 questions (Medium difficulty). Third was a technical phone interview and I did not get beyond this round. The interviewer did not care to see my attitude and the approach that I take towards this role. It did not seem that his intention was to test me on what I know, rather it was to test what i did not know. He asked me a few warehouse/inventory related questions and for every answer which I provided, he would negate that answer and drill down deeper. If you're an interviewer reading this please understand that we are not a 'Textbook'. There's a level and an extent to our theoretical knowledge and only as and when we gain experience can we progress forward in better handling situations.
