I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Jet (Irvine, CA)
Interview
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. This company contacted me through LinkedIn and wanted to speak to me about a role based on my experience. I agreed to get more information on a phone interview. Fifteen minutes past my interview time I got an email asking for my phone number (which was on my resume and application). I sent her the phone number and soon got a call (finally). The first thing I am told on the call is that I am over qualified for the role but was asked if I have friends who might be interested. Is that a joke? How do you not know if I am qualified or over qualified when you reached out because of my LinkedIn?! Maggie and the recruiting team at Jet need to get it together.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Was not asked any questions, only told I was over qualified
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Jet (Hoboken, NJ) in Oct 2018
Interview
I had an initial phone screen with someone in HR. Then another phone interview with someone on the supply chain team. Then I was flown out to New Jersey to the Hoboken offices for 3 1:1 interviews with people on the supply chain team.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Jet (San Bruno, CA) in Nov 2018
Interview
Extremely easy and friendly. Had a first round screening, followed by a game based assessment, and was ultimately flown to the San Bruno site. HR was beyond helpful and responded to all emails and questions in a very timely manner.
