Jet interview questions

I did on online code pairing, then they brought me into the office for a round of interviews. Then they brought me back for a team matching with two teams, where I was led to believe I would be offered a role. After that, for 2 weeks I had a lot of difficulty getting in touch with my recruiter to figure out what was going on, until finally he scheduled a phone call to tell me they didn't want to move forward. I felt very ill-used by the process.

Phone interview which took about 40 minutes. The first 25 were spent just chatting about the role itself. Then I was asked a couple of basic questions like why do you want to work at Jet.com, tell me about a time when you improved a process, etc.
