I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Jet (Hoboken, NJ) in Dec 2016
Interview
First I had a phone screen with a recruiter. Pretty basic questions around why Jet, what I was looking for in a role, salary expectations. Then I had a phone call with the hiring manager. We had a very honest conversation about what I was looking for in a role. We agreed that a role on a different team could be a better fit, so I put in touch with that hiring manager. We had a great conversation and then I was invited in to meet with 5-6 people from the marketing team and cross-functional teams I'd be working with. Every conversation felt comfortable - I don't mean to imply easy, just that everyone was super friendly and nice and I instantly felt like it was a place where I could fit in. Questions are largely around competencies related to the role and culture fit. I came back one more time and met with the VP of the team for 30 minutes.
The recruiters were extremely communicative and transparent throughout the entire process. We built up a trusting relationship throughout the process, which made the offer process and negotiation really easy and comfortable. I really felt like the company had my best interests in mind throughout the process - pretty rare, in my opinion, and much appreciated.
