I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at J.P. Morgan in Jan 2017
Interview
telephone interview of half an hour, after online application. I had spoken with a recruiter prior to my application. It was only resume based, no technical questions. Also quite a lot motivation questions.

Question 1
Give an example of a time that you had to convince a group.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at J.P. Morgan (Londres, Inglaterra) in Jan 2016
Interview
Applied online, and I was then invited to a phone interview which lasted about 40 minutes and was with an employee phoning from their desk, not someone from HR. This was particularly meaningful as it didn't feel like the person on the other end was conducting a box-ticking exercise; I was speaking with someone who genuinely enjoyed what they did and knew exactly what the job entailed - this also left the opportunity at the end to ask his personal opinion on his career and the company.

Question 1
Name a time you were challenged and how you dealt with it
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at J.P. Morgan (Londres, Inglaterra) in Jan 2016
Interview
I applied through their website. 20min phone interview. You can expect the usual fit questions (Why Spring Week, Why IB, Why JPMorgan). No technical questions at all. Advice: show you have a strong motivation and know very precisely the reason why you want to work in IB. Good level of english required.
