J.P. Morgan Spring Week interview questions

Short phone call asking basic soft skills questions (4 questions). Had applied online before sending CV and cover letter. Final stage is the phone call. Questions were related to team work, leadership, etc.

No cover letter required. After sending in application, was invited to complete Hirevue (digital video interview). It had 3 questions with about 2 minutes time to answer each one. After this there would follow an interview via videochat
