J.P. Morgan Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

In the beginning they looked impressed with my CV, but I think I didn’t make it to the next stage because the interviewers believed I would leave the company after a short while. One question, why did you interview me if you know that I am not going to stay with you? Poor HR communication for a large corporation. I found out that I was not selected for the next stage in my profile.
