Ipsos Telephone Interviewer interview questions

Very easy, friendly. The coaches were nice, as was the building. We were all well looked after and they listened to our questions well. I am looking forward to starting my first day of work with them.

Very informal meeting with call centre manager. Standard competency based questions. After the interview I was called back for an eight hour training day to get up to date on the system and was on probation for six months. Interview took place on a weekday with training on a Sunday. The training day was paid which was great.
