Easy and straightforward, I got approached by company HR and after initial interview met with the hiring managers. Received an offer after just those 2 interviews. Would recommend using a referral to get in front of HR more easily.
There were Three interviews total all with upper management. Pretty standard questions regarding research experience with one assessment that I was given 48 hours to complete. Positive experience overall and took the job offer.

Question 1
Explain a difficult project and how you managed it.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Ipsos (Chicago, IL) in Sep 2021
Interview
The interview process was extremely smooth. First, I spoke with a recruiter for about 45 minutes. The questions were all relatively basic, focusing on the extent to which skills from my past experiences could translate to the current job description. Second, I needed to do a quantitative exercise that was simple (interpret somewhat ambiguous graphs, make recommendations). Finally, I had two sets of panel interviews. The panel interviews were relatively similar to one another; mostly basic questions for an interview (why Ipsos, etc.). Soon after the second panel interview I received an offer.
