Ipsos Research Executives interview questions

The HR manager interviewed me with some introduction, questions and brief introduction in the applied position. Then with the 1-hour written test of logical test and a letter to explain the current difficulties to client.

It was 3 round process. First normal hr round, then technical round with managers and final telephonic round with director. Managerial round was toughest as thee dig into each project u did. For hr round u need to know ur reason of job switching be etc. Director round is just a formality and easy to clear
