Multi-stage process with a large company. There style is likely similar to other companies of their size. 1. Initial screening test with prerecorded messages. 2. Conversation with HR person about previous experiences. 3. Skills test 4. In-depth interview with the team. Expect a long turnaround for each stage multiple months- my experience may be different because it was during the pandemic but it took 6 months, with a referal, and previous research experience.
